What is Dropbox? How to use this?

Dropbox is a file storage and hosting service operated by Dropbox Inc, that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, and client software. 

One upon a time, Computer Users used to backup for personal files using Floppy Disk, CD, DVD, USB Drive etc.

The statement from designers of Dropbox is, Pepole do not need to carry their files anywhere by using cd ot dvd or usb etc. Just use Drpbox, thas it. The only need is, you should have internet connection with your pc.

First you will download and install the dropbox software from www.dropbox.com

In brief, Dropbox allows users to create a special folder on each of their computers, which Dropbox then synchronises so that it appears to be the same folder (with the same contents) regardless of the computer it is viewed on. Files placed in this folder are also accessible through a web site and mobile phone applications.
